I am passionate about wildlife and never tire of opportunities to observe and find out more about the fauna and flora with which we share our world. I've studied and worked as a Nature Guide in the bushveld and savannah of South Africa, gained awards at Merrist Wood College for ecology and practical habitat management, and a lot of experience working with children as a freelance activities instructor.
Having now completed a two year Extended National Diploma in Countryside Management, I have also acquired chainsaw and tractor licences as well as building up experience working with children at Sayers Croft Field Centre Trust as a Freelance Activities Instructor. I have also undertaken work as a Voluntary Education Ranger for Reigate and Banstead Council.
Naturedayz began its journey at the Surrey Hills Wood Fair in 2011 and has since gained great interest from private individuals, groups and schools.
New opportunities are opening up all the time to explore a woodland or lake near you.
